You have stumbled upon the humble portfolio of Austin Smith, programmer extraordinaire. I enjoy making games, web applications, and any software automation solutions that enable my laziness. If you're so inclined, check out some of the things I've made. If you have any questions at all feel free to contact me! I'll do my best to answer in a timely manner. If I don't answer in a timely manner, it's probably because I am either playing golf or drinking, possibly even both at the same time.
Also, you may notice that this site is rather plain. This is by design; I wanted my portfolio to reflect my attitude towards development: Simple, Performant, and Reliable. Other developers may use the hottest new JS framework to build their portfolio, but I ain't them baby. That mentality leads to bloated websites. I think those tools have their place, but I believe they are overkill for a simple portfolio site. This site was created with plain HTML, a sprinkle of vanilla JS, and minimal CSS *gasp*. It accomplishes what it needs to do and nothing more. That makes me happy.
